Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In original packaging
  • Are in unused and uninstalled condition
  • All motorcycle protection (Outback Motortek, AltRider, SW-Motech, JNS, Givi) that is described as incompatible with the customer's motorcycle or another product already installed on the motorcycle (ie. Newly purchased skid plate is not compatible with OEM crash bars) can be returned with the following conditions: 1. It must be shipped back at the customer's expense. 2. It will incur a 50% restocking fee.

We do not charge a restocking fee on most regularly stocked items bought in-store if returned within 30 days in brand new, packaged condition. Special order items will incur a 10% restocking fee. All REV'IT! products will incur a 15% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. A $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for the shipping label. Place this label on the return package and drop it at any Canada Post location. Your refund will be processed manually once we have received and inspected the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Tires will be charged a restocking fee of $10.00 per tire. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
