I USED THESE STRAPS TO SECURE MY LUGGAGE ONTOP OF MY PANS AND SEAT.. I FOUND I WAS ABLE TO USE THE STRAPS IN VARIOUS CONFIGURATIONS WITH NO ISSUES AND THE STRAPS ALWAYS STAYED TIGHT NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER CONDITION
