I have purchased many items from DualSportPlus, from crash bars and bash plates to RotoPax to Double Take Mirrors. Always a pleasant experience. Always. Recently, I purchased a regular threaded base extension for the clutch side mirror. The right side required a reverse thread base adapter that I already had. When it arrived a few days later, I could not thread the adapter. The threads were corrupted, no fault of DSP. I called. Explained the situation. They suggested I use a tap and die set to try to fix the thread issue. In the meantime, they sent me another at no charge, just in case the base adapter issue was irreparable. I borrowed at set, and after a few turns, the issue was fixed. I informed them of the result, and offered to pay for that second adapter. It was a minor manufacturing issue that was easily resolved. But the customer service gesture is worth sharing. Having a spare base adapter is a welcomed bonus. Thank you!
