Barkbusters Storm Handguards with full-wrap aluminum backbone offer maximum protection from the wind and rain while using the same aluminum backbone as the VPS Handguards. The larger profile of Storm handguards offers more weather protection, but is less suited to tight offroad singletrack use.

Not compatible with variable-height wind deflector or supermoto skidplates.

A variety of mounting kits are available to fit most after market tapered handlebars. The tapered clamps are made from high grade alloy and custom machined to suit individual tapered handlebars. The swivel feature of the easy fit clamp allows for a correct and secure fit.

- Must remove original bar end weights to install.
- Requires version of hardware kit with fully-threaded M8x45 countersunk bolts to thread directly into original M8 nut welded inside original bar end (alternatively, you can source your own M8 countersunk bolts; they will work if 25mm-45mm long) . Do not attempt to use included expansion nuts inside this bar end.
- The original handle bars have a wire loop welded on the left side to support the choke cable. Choke cable must be run outside this loop OR loop must be cut off during installation.
- If hand guards touch fairing at full lock, your handlebars have been rotated too far forward from their original position - simply rotate them rearward at least as far as the original position, and the hand guards will clear the fairing.
